Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us.

- Ephesians 3:20 

What a powerful thought. The God of Heaven, first of all knows and cares for me. Second He will bless me beyond all my imagination. Look at the Amplified version of this scripture.

“Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the (action of his) power that is at work within us, is able to (carry out His purpose and) do superabundantly, far over and above all that we (dare) ask or think- infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams.”

I love that last line: “infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams.”

God’s love for us is so large we cannot even imagine what He will provide for us. A God so great that He not only possesses all capability of blessing, but He actually displays this capability in our lives.

Should we, be constantly looking and preparing for the next blessing coming our way today!

Today’s Prayer

O God, thank you for Your great love to me a lowly sinner. Fill me with all Your many blessings according to Your holy word.

 

Every day we live is a journey to our destination. God has a preferred future for all of us. Jeremiah 29:11 states, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,… thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” What an awesome word! Our sovereign God knows us, thinks of us, and has prepared a destiny for us.

These devotions will hopefully be guides to you on your journey. Our hope is that you will use them in your personal and family devotions. Our desire is that they help steer you through your 21 days of prayer and fasting but also prepare you for a great year of expectation!

Believe with us that this is your year! Breakthrough has come and now everyday is a day of expectation of the greatest blessings ever! Our God is mighty! Our God is awesome! Our God has a plan for us! Abundance and not want! Blessing and not cursed! Get ready and start looking by faith to what God has for you now!
